Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you’re over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rate:  For round trips with drop-off locations over 5 miles from our office location in Corpus Christi, 78411 that require over 30 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $45.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 12 miles from our office location in Corpus Christi, 78411, a surcharge rate of $1.50 per mile for each mile over 15 applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 15 miles from our office location in Corpus Christi, 78411, a deadhead rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation or a deadhead rate of $2.00 per mile for wheelchair transportation applies.
