Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you’re over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For round trips where the driver waits for you, a wait time rate of $60.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, applies. If the driver waits longer than the time selected when booking, the additional time will be added to your bill.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 5 miles from our office location in Corpus Christi, 78415, a surcharge rate of $2.00 per mile for each mile over 5 applies.
*** Deadhead rate: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 15 miles from our office location in Corpus Christi, 78415, a deadhead rate of $2.00 per mile applies.
**** After-hours & weekend rate: For trips scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, an additional $20.00 is added to the base fare, plus $1.50 per mile.
